PROCLAIM considers applications from all individuals, 18 years or older, who have been baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist Church and who are presently members in good and regular standing in a local Adventist congregation.
Prayerfully read the Student Handbook. The basic prerequisite is that you read the Student Handbook and agree to abide by the standards of the College of Health Evangelism.
